You all know how picky I am about my music. It has to be great. If anyone asks how I know great music, I always tell them the same thing. It has to move me. It has to make me really wanna jam.
Putumayo’s tracks are always at the top of my list for a number of reasons. These guys and gals trek the globe to find variety. I dig it. The sounds really make my minivan feel global, even if I’m sitting in the carpool line.
Their newest compilations are SO DARN GOOD. Thank you, Putumayo. However, when my husband questions why I’ve booked airfare to far flung countries and I blame it on your CDs, don’t hate.
